From Carlyle 05G and 06E units to Copeland Discus, York, Bitzer and other heavy-duty compressors, we handle complete teardown, machining, motor rewinding, reassembly and run-testing in-house. Every finished compressor is tested, tagged and ready to return to service.

Full Remanufacturing
Complete core-up compressor rebuilding, including teardown, inspection, machining, component replacement, reassembly and testing.
Motor Rewinding
Stators requiring rewinding are sent to a trusted specialist for complete rewinding and electrical testing before compressor reassembly.

Teardown & Evaluation
The compressor is completely disassembled. Components are inspected, measured and identified for reuse, machining or replacement.

Machining & Cleaning
The core is thoroughly cleaned. Crankshafts are polished, cylinders honed and components restored or replaced as required.
04Stage 04
Rewind & Reassembly
Electric motors are rewound when required, then the compressor is reassembled with new wear components, seals and gaskets.

Run Test
The finished compressor is charged with oil and run under load to verify operating pressures before evacuation, nitrogen charging and dispatch.
